I’ve written about Kung Fu Hustle before; one day, years from now, I’ll probably do it again*. And I’ll be happy to. It’s a neat movie! Like a potato.
Where the hell is Stephen Chow now? Last I checked he was tangled up with the CPPCC, though I have no idea if that’s still the case; he released The New King of Comedy in 2019, and again, I have no idea if he has anything else in the works. What a shame. He should be king of the world of international comedy. Kung Fu Hustle is the proof! He’s funny! He’s a good director! He’s a solid stand-in for Bruce Lee!
