You all know me: I love Independent Film Festival Boston, which I attended for the first time in literal actual years this past April. Felt a little like coming home, except “home” is the Somerville Theatre, and it has been significantly renovated since my last visit and I found the first night there incredibly disorienting, which is not unlike my experience coming home from college Junior year to find my parents had sold their house without telling me.
